The hotel made me feel like royalty. the room was stunning and spacious and had exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. the Spa & wellness center was immaculate, with an Indoor swimming pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi, and private facilities that looked brand new. the service was prompt and accommodating. the Buffet breakfast was delicious and catered to a variety of tastes. the Bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere, and the cocktails were exquisite.
The location of the hotel was a bit out of the way, which required a taxi ride to most destinations. the Spa lounge was unavailable due to renovations.

Excellent meal by chef Maddie. Perfect aged beef. Friendly and efficient check-in staff. Refreshing experience after two weeks in China. Best equipment and environment. Breath of fresh air

We were blown away by the perfect cleanliness of the hotel facilities, including the Crystal restaurant. The hotel's location was also very convenient as it was just a short walk away from the Golden Eagle mall. We appreciated the ease of parking and availabilty of transportation options in this city. The staff was great, with their excellent English skills and efficiency during check-in. Lastly, breakfast was a delicious and satisfying meal.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and fluffy pillows. the staff was welcoming and provided great service throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the fact that it had a wide variety of food options to suit every taste. the location was also very convenient, as it was close to several shops and restaurants.

This hotel is a great place to stay with spacious and clean rooms. the location is also a plus, with Caleb's art and the Golden Eagle mall just a short distance away. Crystal restaurant offers a great dining experience with a variety of international breakfast options. the staff are friendly, helpful, and reliable, ensuring a comfortable stay. the heated mirror in the bathroom is a unique and thoughtful touch.
The exterior of the building may not be the most attractive, but the inside more than makes up for it.
